- Company was founded in 1971 in Highland City, Florida
- In 1977 Moved to Bartow Municipal Airport in Bartow, Florida, our current location
- Acquired by Ramsey Laboratories in 1984, a fruit preparation company
- Ramsey acquired and consolidated into global group ATYS in 2002
- ATYS is acquired and becomes Agrana Fruit US, Inc. in 2006
